Where are KIN Furniture products produced?
All of our products are designed and manufactured by our skillful craftsmen in Indonesia.
Does Kin Furniture make custom orders?
Yes! In fact, this is the point that we would like to emphasize. Customer is able to be creative in their selection of style and look of their product.
How do I clean the surface of the furniture?
For leather product, use a dry cloth to blot the area. For more severe spill, use a leather cleaner.
For fabric product, you are in luck as it is much easier to maintain. For mild spills, blot with paper towel or cloth. For tougher spills, we recommend soaking cloth into a mixture of mild soap and water to go over the affected areas multiple times.
How to care for Leather?
- Keep leather furniture out of direct sunlight to prevent cracking / fading.
- Use leather cleaner/conditioner every few weeks to replenish the oils in the leather to keep it soft.
- Do not place printed materials on the leather as the ink may be transferred onto the leather.
How will my purchase be delivered?
We provide free shipment to JABODETABEK area using our own delivery truck.
We also work with various courier to provide you with the best rates for shipment outside of JABODETABEK.
Do you accept returns for damage product?
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns of any sort. Many quality steps are taken to ensure that your product leaves our workshop in excellent condition, and are packaged so that it will be protected during shipment. However, we are not eliminating the possibility of damage caused by shipping. For such incident, please contact us directly through WhatsApp and leave us an email at kinclassichome@outlook.com, attaching image of the damage area.
It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon arrival as furnitures are non refundable and we are not held responsible for any damage once our worker leave your premise.
